  1. Open a Web Browser from a Computer with internet access.

  2. Type www.xerox.com in the address bar of the Web Browser and press Enter to on the computer keyboard.

  3. Select the Customer Support tab at the top of the page or the Driver Updates icon near the bottom of the page.

  4. Select Support & Drivers.

  5. Type the name of your Xerox Product in the Search by Product field and press Enter on the computer keyboard.

  6. Select your product name from the list that is displayed.

  7. Select Drivers & Downloads under the Model that best represents your specific Xerox Printer.

  8. Take a moment to confirm that the correct Associated Product, Operating System and Language were detected, before continuing. Make appropriate changes if required.

  9. Select the PCL and/or PostScript v4 Print Driver you wish to install.
    NOTE: The v4 drivers are identified by the v4 Driver written under the Print Driver Name.

  10. Select accept, to accept the License Agreement.

  11. Select Save As.

  12. Browse to a folder on the computer where you wish to save the installation file, such as the Computer Downloads Folder.

  13. Click on Save.

  14. When the download is completed, you may close your Web Browser.
