  1. Open a Web Browser from a Computer with internet access.

  2. Type www.xerox.com in the address bar and press Enter to on the computer keyboard.

  3. Select the Customer Support tab at the top of the page or the Driver Updates icon near the bottom of the page.

  4. Select Support & Drivers.

  5. Type the name of your Xerox Product in the Search by Product field and press Enter on the computer keyboard.

  6. Select your product name from the list that is displayed.

  7. Select Drivers & Downloads under the Model that best represents your specific Xerox Printer.

  8. Take a moment to confirm that the correct Associated Product, Operating System and Language were detected, before continuing. Make appropriate changes if required.

  9. Select the Xerox Desktop Experience Application from the Utilities and Applications section.

  10. Select accept, to accept the License Agreement.

  11. Select Run.

  12. Select Next.

  13. Select I accept the terms in the License Agreement.

  14. Select Next.

  15. Select Next again.

  16. Select Install.

  17. Select Finish.

  18. For best results, it is recommended that you restart the computer after confirming with your Network Administrator that it is safe to do so.
