Print a Windows Test Page and Check the Status of "Color Support"

If experiencing the symptoms below, print a Windows Test Page and check the status of the Color Support item. (The status will show "Yes" or "No".) If "No" is displayed, completely uninstall and reinstall the print driver. The most current print driver can be downloaded from the Xerox Drivers and Downloads page. Click on the link in the Related Content section to access the Xerox Drivers and Downloads page and for information on how to install the driver.
Symptoms:
When trying to print in color from applications, all jobs print in black and white.
All jobs print in black and white, even when all of the printing options are set to color.
The print preview shows the job in color; however, the job prints in black and white.
To Print a Windows Test Page:
In the Search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel.
Click on the Control Panel Desktop app.
Select Large icons from the View by pull-down menu.
Click on Devices and Printers.
Right-click on your printer.
Select Printer Properties.
Under the General tab, click on Print Test Page.
