How To Determine if an Issue is Gabi Gov or Printer

To identify if an issue is Gabi Gov related or AltaLink related perform the following steps:
Power Off/On the Gabi Smartbox by unplugging the power, wait 10 seconds, then re-insert the power cable.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to wait 10 seconds before plugging the power cable back in to allow the unit to completely reset.
NOTE: At power On, in approximately 30 seconds Gabi will complete the startup sequence. If everything is fine, Gabi will announce “Hello, I’m Gabi” message.Use the feature that was having an issue with Gabi Gov before the power Off/On.
If the original problem still occurs, try the operation/feature using the standard AltaLink device user interface (not using Gabi):
If the feature works, the issue is likely with Gabi.
Check the following:Ethernet is active and the local network is operational for both the AltaLink and for Gabi.
The Gabi speaker is plugged-in and a solid white light is emitted (lit).
The AltaLink is online and reachable on the network.
If all of the above are okay, contact Support for an issue with Gabi Gov.
If the feature does not work, then contact Support for an issue with your printer.
