Disable “Printing using gray Shading” in Microsoft Outlook

NOTE: This is an issue with the application overriding the print driver defaults. Adjust Microsoft Outlook Application Print settings
Within MS Office Outlook open Click on [File]
Select [Print]
Select [Memo Style]
Select [Format] Tab
Remove the check mark from [Printing using gray Shading]
Select [OK]
