Clear the Jam in the Fuser Area

To resolve the error displayed on the Control Panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.

1. Open the rear door.

3. If paper is jammed in the Fuser, raise both green levers to open the fuser.

5. To open the paper guide, raise the green handle.

6. 
   
   
   
   

7. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer.

9. Close the paper guide on the Fuser.

10. Lower the levers to their original position.

11. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer.
