Create a Page Definition in Corel WordPerfect 10, 11, 12, or X3

  1. Open the file to be printed, and then select [Print] from the File menu. The Print window will be displayed.

  2. Select the required printer from the Name pull-down menu, and then click on the [Close] button at the bottom, right of the window.

  3. Select [Page Setup] from the File menu. The Page Setup window will be displayed.

  4. If necessary, click on the [Page Setup] tab.

  5. Select [Printer Page Types] from the Page Definition pull-down menu.

  6. Click on the [Add] button.

  7. Enter a name for the page definition in the Name field; for example, Letterhead Tray 2.

  8. Select the paper type loaded in the required paper tray from the Type section; for example, Letterhead. If the paper type is not listed, select [Standard].

  9. Make sure the [Current printer only] radio button is selected in the Show Page Size for section on the right side of the window.

  10. Select the document size from the Size pull-down menu. If the size is not listed, select [User Defined], and then enter the height and width in the fields provided.

  11. Select the required paper tray from the Source pull-down menu.

  12. Click on [OK] twice.

  13. Click on [Print] to send the print job to the printer.
