Clear the Jam in Tray 1

  1. Remove the paper from the tray.

  2. Remove the jammed paper in the tray area by gently pulling it straight out.



  3. Remove Jam

  4. Lift the Top Cover, then close it. Printing automatically resumes.



  5. Open Top Cover

    Close Top Cover
