Open FreeFlow Makeready. From the workstation desktop, click on [Start], point to [Programs], select [Xerox FreeFlow Software], then select [FreeFlow Makeready]. The FreeFlow Makeready window will be displayed.
Click on the [Image Display] icon. The Image Display icon is the first icon on the bottom, left of the window and looks like the head and shoulders of a person.
Click on the icon once to select [ON], and then click on the icon again to select [OFF].
NOTE: When the FreeFlow Makeready window is closed, the Image Display view reverts back to the default of ON.
An alternative method is as follows:
Open FreeFlow Makeready. From the workstation desktop, click on [Start], point to [Programs], select [Xerox FreeFlow Software], then select [FreeFlow Makeready]. The FreeFlow Makeready window will be displayed.
Click on [View] on the toolbar, select [Options], and then slide the cursor slightly to the right. Another menu will be displayed with the following three options:
Image Display
Page View
Thumbnail View.
The Image Display and Page View options by default should have check marks beside them. The Thumbnail View is normally selected only for particular jobs. If necessary, click on [Image Display] or [Page View] to insert a check mark.
Reset all of the options back to their default settings if the displayed information is not what you require. To reset the defaults:
Click on [View] on the toolbar, and then select [Reset Workspace]. A confirmation window will be displayed.
Click [OK] to confirm the reset. The FreeFlow Makeready window will be reset to the default settings, and the information will be displayed as when first installed.
