Fault Code P11-100 Through P11-108: Jams Area 15/16 Inverter

Try the following:

  1. Adjust the Fuser Decurler in Area 7.  Move the green decurler lever to the left or right depending on paper curl.

  2. Clean the Finisher/Inverter entrance sensor.  Open the Processor Top Cover and locate the sensor.  The sensor is located in Area 8, near the front right corner, next to the white interlock switch box.  Clean the sensor with air.



  3. Select Reset / Restart from the fault frame:

NOTE: In the Fault window, select the fault. Follow the instructions that will be displayed to clear the fault. You have the option of selecting [Close] to close the Fault window without clearing the fault; however, the fault will remain until it is cleared through the Printer Fault Clearance window. Select [Reset / Restart] to clear the fault.

The examples below are only if your machine is on either of these DocuSP software versions:

To select Reset / Restart from the fault frame on DocuSP software version 3.x:

  1. From the DocuSP for DocuTech 2000 Series 61xx (or your printer model) window, select the fault from the Fault List that you want to reset. The Fault List is located in the upper-left corner of the windows below the word System. The Printer Fault Clearance window is displayed for the fault you selected.

  2. Follow the instructions on the screen (the clearance instructions vary depending on the fault). Make sure all paper has been removed from the paper path and there are no torn pieces of paper remaining in the paper path. Select [Reset / Restart].

To select Reset from the fault frame on DocuSP software version 2.x:

  1. From the DocuSP Print Services window, click [Status] from the menu. A pull-down list is displayed.

  2. Select [Printer...] from the pull-down list. The Printer Faults window is displayed.

  3. Click the fault from the Fault List column that you want to reset. The Printer Fault Clearance window is displayed for the fault you selected.

  4. Follow the instructions on the screen (the clearance instructions vary depending on the fault). Make sure all paper has been removed from the paper path and there are no torn pieces of paper remaining in the paper path. Select [Reset / Restart].
