Move Archived Jobs from One Fiery to Another

  1. Open Command Workstation (CWS).

  2. Connect to the Fiery where the archive is that you'd like to move.

  3. Click on the archive tab.

  4. Select all the files in the archive, right click and choose hold to move all the files to the hold queue.

  5. While still under the archive tab, select the "tool" button to the right of the archive tab - it's called Archive Settings.

  6. Click Add, and select or create a folder on your local computerwhere you want to store archives.

  7. Select Set as Default.

  8. Click OK.

  9. Go back to the Hold queue and select all the files that were previously under the archive tab.  Right click and choose Archive. 

  10. These files will now be re-archived in the folder on your computer.

  11. On CWS, connect to the Fiery to which you want to move the archives.

  12. On the top menus of CWS, select File, then import archived job.

  13. If needed, select add, navigate to the archive folder on your computer, and click select folder.

  14. In the small import archived job window, select all the files and click OK. This will import all the jobs in the archive folder to the hold queue.

  15. Finally, choose the imported files in the hold queue and select them for archive internally or to the folder of your choice/creation.
