Remove the Paper Jam in Paper Trays 1 to 4

NOTE: Paper can sometimes be torn and fragments remain inside the machine if an incorrect paper tray is opened in an attempt to clear the paper jam. This may cause further subsequent paper jams. If possible, determine where the paper jam occurred and only open the designated tray or door for that paper jam area.

To remove a paper jam from Paper Trays 1–4:

1. Open the tray where the paper jam occurred.
   
   
   
   

2. Remove any jammed paper.

3. Push the tray in gently until it comes to a stop.
