Make Sure the Document, Data and Control Panel Cables Are in the Correct Position at the Back of the Printer

  1. Power OFF the machine by pressing the [ON / OFF] button on the right side of the Front Panel.

    Secondary Power Switch

  2. Make sure that the gray scanner cable that runs from the back of the Scanner to the back of the printer is in the correct position and securely connected.

  3. Make sure that the cream colored network cable that runs from the back of the Network Controller to the back of the printer is in the correct position and securely connected.

  4. Make sure that the gray cable located at the back of the Control Panel is in the correct position and securely connected.

  5. Power ON the printer.
