When the DocuSP system boots up it will automatically log you on as a walk up user and you will have very limited access rights. If you need more rights then you must be logged on as a System Administrator or as a Trusted User.
To logon as Trusted User or System Administrator using DocuSP 3.1x or above:
From the DocuSP for DocuTech 2000 Series 61xx window, select [System] from the toolbar. A menu will be displayed.
Select [Logon]. The Logon window will be displayed.
If you want to logon in as a Trusted User, continue with step 4. If you want to logon as a System Administrator skip to step 6.
The Trusted User will automatically be displayed in the User field. Enter your password in the Password field.
Select [OK], then skip to step 8.
From the User field drop-down menu select [System Administrator].
Enter the System Administrator password in thePassword field, then select [OK].
If the login attempt fails, try again.
NOTE: Make sure the correct password is used. If a 'Login is invalid' message is displayed, and you have tried multiple times with the password that worked before, make sure that the Caps Lock key on the keyboard is not on. You will need to contact service if you do not know the password.
