  1. If the Fault Code 345-354 is displayed Contact Support for Additional Assistance. Service is Required.

  2. Check the Printer Fault Code History. (Embed to article 2093480 Fuser System Error article)

    • If Fault Code 345-354 is listed in the fault code history Contact Support for Additional Assistance. Service is Required.

    • If Fault Code 345-354 is not listed in the fault code history continue with the step 3 below.

  4. Power Off the Printer, Wait Two Minutes, then Power On the Printer.

  5. Clear the Jam at Door A.

  6. Remove and Reinstall the Fuser Module.
