You can select printing in color or black and white.
Off(use Document Color): Use this option to print in color.
On: Use this option to print in black and white.
NOTE: The following steps are on a per job basis. Once the job completes, the default settings are applied to the next job unless otherwise modified. See the Related Content for additional information about defaulting this setting. You must have System Administrator rights to modify the default settings.
To Print in Color or Black and White From a Microsoft Windows OS:
From the application, select Print from the File menu.
Select the required printer from the Printers menu.
Click the Properties or Preferences button to access the print driver settings.
If required, click the Printing Options tab. This is usually the active tab when the print driver opens.
To print in color, select Off (Use Document Color) from the Xerox Black and White menu. To print black and white, select On from the Xerox Black and White menu.
Click OK then Print.
