Upgrade the System Software to the Latest Version on the Xerox Website

The latest software version posted on the Xerox website addresses this issue. Make sure to select the software for the device model you have. Follow the instructions included with the download or see the Related Content for additional information about upgrading the software and to find the software version currently installed on the device. Customers may upgrade the software themselves, onsite support is not required.
