Print Labels Using Microsoft Word 2016

NOTE: Use only Labels designed for the Laser printing process.
At the Machine:
Open the Bypass Tray (Tray 5).
Insert the Labels into the Bypass Tray Face Down (print side facing down). The Tray Confirmation Screen will now display at the Control Panel.
NOTE: Load US Letter or A4 Size Label sheets in Long Edge Feed (LEF) Orientation.Touch Paper Size.
Select Labels as the Paper Type.
Touch Confirm.
From Microsoft Word 2016:
Open a new Word document.
Click on the Mailings tab.
Click on Labels.
Click on Full Page of the Same Label.
Click on Options.
Select Bypass Tray from the Page Printers drop down menu.
Select the Brand of Labels used from the Label Vendors drop down menu.
Select the Type of Labels used from the Product Number field.
NOTE: If the Product Vendor or Product Number is unavailable, select a Label type that closely matches the Label design, or contact the Label vendor for support.Click on OK to save changes.
Click on New Document to Create a Document Template based on the Label Type.
Create and format the document as required.
Click on File > Print.
Click on the required Printer.
Click on Printer Properties.
Select the inserted labels from the Paper drop down menu.
NOTE: Manually select Labels from the Other Type menu if the inserted labels do not show on the Paper drop down menu.Click on OK.
Click on Print.
