Power Off the Printer and Disconnect the Finisher Power Cable

  1. Power off the Printer. See the Related Content for additional information.

  2. Remove Bracket Covering over Finisher Power Cable behind the Printer.

    Open right finisher door

  3. Disconnect the Finisher Power Cable.

  4. Leave the Printer Powered off for 1 Minute.

  5. Reconnect the Finisher Power Cable.

  6. Reinstall Bracket Covering over Finisher Power Cable.

  7. Open finisher front door and leave open.

  9. Close finisher door when prompted on screen.
