  1. Clean the ROS Window Areas.

  2. Move the Drum Cartridge from a color showing the defect to a color that does not show the defect. If the defect is gone, Replace Drum Cartridge that displayed the defects.

  3. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
