NOTE: To search on a fault code / status code, enter one code at a time exactly as it is displayed.
NOTE: Fault codes / Status codes are displayed on the Control Panel Touch Screen or CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) in one of the the following formats:
CWIS: a 2-digit number followed by a 3-digit number and then a 2-digit number. For example:
xx-xxx-xxAt the Machine [Fault History]: a 3-digit number followed by a 3 digit number and then a 2 digit number. For example:
xxx.xxx.xx
To display status codes on the Touch Screen:
Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
Select the [Active Messages] tab on the Touch Screen. Active faults or alerts are displayed.
NOTE: Obtain Active Messages / Alerts here.Select the [Fault History] button to display the Fault Codes.
To display status codes using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS):
Access CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS). See the Related Content for additional information.
Click on the [Status] tab.
Click on [Description & Alerts] on the left side of the screen. A list of any status codes will be displayed.
Click on the [Refresh] button to update the information.
