  1. From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Test Pages.

  2. For printer models without a touch-screen, to navigate through the settings, press the OK button.

Note: The Print Quality Test Pages include the following sheets which are used to Diagnose and resolve Print  Quality issues in the device. For more information, refer to the Related Content. 

  1. Ruler pages to measure repeating Vertical Defects (pages 1 and 2)

  2. Sheet with 4 color Bars (Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow) troubleshoot and measure defects that (A) occur in all colors.

  3. Full color Pages (B-D) to diagnose each color (Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow).

  4. Device information pages that include printer settings.
