Not Receiving the Email Confirmation

Please keep in mind that you will not receive an email confirmation until your GCP workflow has finished processing. Processing could take a couple of minutes or several hours depending on the workflow.

If you toggled Email Confirmation on and know that the workflow has finished processing, but still don't see the email, it's possible that it went to your Spam or Junk folder.

If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
