  1. Verify the Date and Time are correct on the Printer.

  2. Verify that the following DNS Settings programmed in the printer are correct.

    • Gateway.

    • DNS Servers.

    • Printer Hostname.

    • Network Domain name.

  3. Verify that TCP Ports 161, 162 and 443 are open on the network and not blocked by a firewall or proxy server.

  4. Verify that HTTPS is Enabled on the Printer.
