Change the Print Driver to Output Print as Image
In the application, click on File > Print.
Open the print driver Properties window - the method will vary depending on the application you are printing from. From most Microsoft applications, select the Properties or Preferences button to open the window.
Click on the Advanced tab, and then select Output Print as Image.
Select either 300 DPI or 150 DPI.
Click on Save to save the settings and then click Close.
Test your job again. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
